CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. Productive time is my livelihood.

Running Late?

Please text, call or email as soon as possible.

15+ minutes late?
Appointments may be reduced where possible
​or otherwise rescheduled.


No Notice? No Show?
Less than 24 hours with notice
​of cancellation via text message,
​phone call or email will have no charge.


No notice/no show will have a 50% service charged.

I will exercise my right to refuse future services to any individual who exhibits habitual disregard of my request for a 24 hour notice of cancellation or who are habitually rescheduling or late.

​COVID PROTOCOL

Symptoms
If you are having covid related symptoms or have been in contact with anyone sick, please do not come to your appointment and reschedule. My cancellation policy is more flexible in order to encourage people to put health and wellness before fees.
Masks
Masks are still required as I work
​very close to people.
Sanitize
Hand sanitizer will be available upon arrival.
Personal Belongings
Please only bring necessary items such as a wallet, phone and keys.
Touchless
All consent forms will be paperless.
​Please fill and submit forms before each appointment.
Payment
Convenient touch free electronic payment
​via credit card, debit card, and Venmo.
3% surcharge to offset fees.

Cash is accepted with exact change
as register free business.
