We understand life happens and sometimes schedules change.
If you are running late, please text, call or email the salon as soon as possible to keep us informed. If you are running more than 15 minutes late appointments may be reduced where applicable or otherwise may need to be rescheduled.
We require 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. We appreciate when given as much notice as possible as our time is our livelihood. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice will NOT be charged.
No notice or no show will have a 50% service charge. Appointments with less than 24 hour notice will have a 50% service charge.
The salon will exercise the right to refuse services and booking to individuals who exhibit habitual disregard of 24 hour notice for cancellation or who are habitually rescheduling or running late.
The health and safety of our clients and staff members are our top priority.
If you are having COVID-19 related symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who may be sick, please wear a mask while inside the salon. We have masks available for clients upon request. If you become feverish, lethargic, nauseous etc, the same day of your service please stay home and reschedule for no sooner than 2 weeks.
Masks are now optional for the clients while in the salon and available upon request. Staff members will be wearing masks while in service.
All service areas are wiped down and sanitized before and after each client. We have implements touchless options for the salon including but not limited to paperless consent forms and waivers and touchless payments via card reader or Venmo. We ask that you only bring necessary belongings into the salon such as wallet, phone and keys.
NO TIPPING POLICY
We pride ourselves on providing great care and straight forward costs. No tips are required or accepted.
